Due to the nature of our business and COVID 19 we are unfortunately not accepting refunds at this time. We hope to be able to find an amicable solution in the case you have any concern with your order. Please note that after 2 unsucessful attempts at delivery we will not attempt to send it again and a new order will need to be placed.
