IMPORTANT
Please note all orders will be going out starting December 1st. Please allow 10 business days for your order to arrive. If 14 days has gone by since your order date, you can contact us via our support page.
Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days but as mentioned for the holidays this may change
Shipping Days: Orders are usually shipped weekdays with the exception of public holidays.
Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resending the parcel will be charged to you.
Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery. In some International countries, it may not be possible to track your parcel past the point of exit as the postal provider in your country may not provide this as a service.

- Other Charges: You may be required to pay duties, taxes or other customs charges on your order when received in your country. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders: Please report missing parcels, damaged or incorrectly filled orders via our support page. Please quote your order number with your email.
